REQUIREMENTS FOR TESTING, DOCUMENTATION AND MANTENANCE

Part 3: Photovoltaic modules and plants – outdoor infrared thermography

STEP 1

Receiving necessary specifications and documents from clients

STEP 2

Site survey and build an optimal flight scheme, then plan the flight on-site.

STEP 3

Automatically capture thermal and RGB by drone and send to AI Dynamix’s system

AI system finds and analyzes defects, returns report automatically

TYPICALLY DEFECTS ON PHOTOVOLTAIC

HOTSPOT

Possibly caused by damages that occur during manufacturing delivery, installation or stained spots on cell surface.

BYPASS DIODE DEFECTS

1/3 or 2/3 of panels fall die and overheated status. A common cause is a malfunctioning bypass diode.

MODULE DISCONNECTED

The entire PV module is out of service and not producing any power due to various errors.

STRING DISCONNECTED

All of PV modules of a string are disconnected
